On your second lab quiz, I will ask you the parts of the supporting connective tissue both using these models and on histology slides. Try to guess what the numbers are pointing to. Then move your mouse over to see if you are correct.

This model is a single compact bone osteon. It is showing a 500+x magnification of the histology slide. (Fun fact, it is copyrighted from 1953!). Sorry the numbers are not the same as the lab book in which I used letters. I could not find the already labeled picture.
