Your third lab quiz will be on the axial skeleton. Expect 10 skull questions and 10 questions for the rest. For the different types of vertebrae, you will be expected to know the specific type (Atlas, axis, cervical, thoracic, lumbar, sacrum) and the landmarks.

Below is a typical lumbar vertebrae. Try to identify the landmarks. Also try to come up with something that helps you remember. When done, be sure to do the atlas/axis, the cervical, and the thoracic pages. Also look at the sacrum.
